Mozz is a unique work experience for Provo. Here you will work as a team and be treated as a human where your opinions are heard and your creativity is rewarded.
The following is what your experience will be like working for MOZZ:
Making everything from scratch. We make our mozzarella in house every day. Our dough is made using a naturally leavened sourdough process.
Encouraged to come up with specials and menu items. You get paid for them if and when you do.
Laid back atmosphere. Family owned and operated. Lots of great talent and experience under this roof to help you learn to go out on your own or become a part of our upper management team.
Higher paid salaries and benefits than other restaurants in town. Benefits may include health care and dental, PTO, sick days, bonuses, etc.
Free meal every shift. 50% off on your off days.
Tasks include: Making wood fired pizzas, artisan salads and home made bread for sandwiches, as well as doing some daily prep such as cutting vegetables, meats, cheese, etc. Following recipes. Washing dishes and Cleaning projects.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Demonstrate average knife skills, ability to weigh ingredients correctly, and follow written instructions.
• Must have current food handlers or be able to obtain one within 2 weeks of start date.
