The first ever MOZZ  is located in the heart of Downtown Provo, inside a historic building we've proudly called home for over six years. Renovations began in 2018, and by 2019 the building had been completely transformed from an empty space into a warm, open kitchen restaurant known for its beautiful design and handcrafted sourdough pizza. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the bathrooms to the dining room, where the original hardwood floors still carry on the buildings history.

The menu features artisan pizza made from naturally leavened sourdough and baked in a traditional wood fire oven. We serve classic thin crust pizzas alongside seasonal specials, all made fresh daily with high-quality ingredients and locally sourced produce whenever possible. Finished with exactly 22,222 tiles, the custom oven anchors the restaurant and has become a recognizable part of the downtown Provo experience.

MOZZ in Provo is a family-friendly gathering place and a proud part of our community. We participate in the Downtown Provo Art Stroll with an in-house gallery space that showcases local artists and celebrates the neighborhood's vibrant energy. This is where MOZZ began, and it continues to reflect everything we value: excellent food, thoughtful design, and a strong connection to the people we serve.
